Location : Narogong – Bekasi Base
Responsibilities:
* Good written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia & English communication skills
* Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in logistic for oil and gas industry.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Diploma degree in Logistic or relevant.

- •Assist in the physical inventory into the adjacent warehouse.
- •Administer the Delivery Request (DR), international (SDV) and local (domestic transportation)
- •Create manual Delivery Ticket to third party vendor general shipment not specific from GBU and also to create TO for overseas shipment.
- •Take care of Receiving Inspection Report and other transfer in-and out of warehouse
- •Liaise with SDV regarding imported items and check import code for specific item
- •Ensures all inspection for incoming and outgoing materials are met requirement
